Anna the Fire Princess by wolfskyla Anna the Fire Princess by wolfskyla
I've finally done the much anticipated Fire Princess! This manipulation features Anna as the fire princess instead of Elsa being the fire queen.

Let me know what you guys think in the comments!

Check out Fire Elsa as well!: wolfskyla.deviantart.com/art/F…

The character of Anna and Disney logo belongs to Walt Disney Studios. All stocks (found on google) used to create this manipulation belong to their rightful owners and distributors and are not owned by me.

I like the idea of Anna representing fire. Some may think it's unoriginal, but I actually think it's one of the least common scenarios used (at least by Disney).

Reasons I like it:

1. What I see more often is the protagonists of a movie being normal while the villains use some form of dark magic/sorcery. Ex: Snow White vs Evil Queen, Ursula vs Ariel, Jafar vs Aladdin/Jasmine

Along with Tangled, Frozen has a main character that is kind-hearted, and learns to use and control her powers for good instead of evil. If Anna had powers too, and learned to control them for good purposes (some fanfictions have used the idea of her bringing warm, summer-like weather to Arendelle), then it could be a nice contrast to Elsa's wintry powers.

2. Usually, when opposing powers are involved (fire/ice, earth/air, light/dark), then the the people who have the powers are enemies. It would not be the case with Anna and Elsa. They love each other and I think they'd do all they could to support each other. If they both grew up with powers, they'd both have to figure out what makes their powers flare up and what calms them. If one of them is successful, it could give a clue as to how the other can control her gift.

3. Some people have mentioned the idea of Anna getting fire power in a Frozen sequel. What if that was used as a way to explain how Elsa got her powers? Note: it doesn't have to be genetic. Someone made a fan-comic on here about how a sorceress gave Elsa her ice magic, hoping that she'd lose control and bring destruction to Arendelle. When that failed, she tried again, this time cursing Anna with fire magic. I won't spoil it any further.....

Anywhoo....! Just thought I'd toss around some ideas. I do think Fire!Anna would be awesome. Squee Bounce

Fire suits Anna. It's never perfect, but it's always energetic and dancing, and, somewhat beautiful, just like her. I love the color scheme you used for her.

Also, ice suits Elsa, a little bit, I guess. It's cold and quite tough, but, it brings relief to heat.

This would be awesome, but if they used that actual title, they would be done for copyright infringement by Marvel (which is also owned by Disney. Could they sue?). Or, at least, it would be considered a blatant ripoff.

When she died, she'll be reborn, like a small fire poured with gasoline

I don't think Anna should have powers. Part of the reason Frozen is so great is because Anna doesn't have them and Elsa does. Anna has to adjust to Elsa's magic. It wouldn't work, in my opinion.

I think it'd be cool if Anna had powers that contrasted Elsa's. Of course the Disney official storyline is set so Anna doesn't, but think of how awesome it would be if Anna had fire powers and Elsa had ice! A whole new storyline of how the contrasting sisters would have to work together. Not necessarily that Elsa froze Arendelle but that the sisters isolated each other due to the fact that the other would be destroyed if they got too close. Like Sharkboy and LavaGirl (if you've seen the movie). Total opposites, but they were best friends and had to take sacrifices for each other despite their differences.

I'm not saying it wouldn't work. Thats an interesting plot line, but it's been done before. Thats why I don't think it would be as interesting. I get bored of seeing things over and over again. You see contrasting magic powers or traits in all sorts of stories so it's not that original. And besides, Frozen is based off a book that is an old Norwegian fairy tale. In Norway, I don't think any sort of fire magic would work because of its climate. Anna is Norwegian, so she couldn't have fire powers. It wouldn't make sense. If they make a Frozen squeal it should be about Elsa and Anna finding somebody else with ice magic and instead of being like Elsa, becoming confident and powerful, they should be cold and evil. Make them an antagonist that slowly becomes a protagonist. I'm not saying that idea is bad, it's just not that original.
